The 2005 Dodge Ram sees some minor changes from the previous model. Dodge's full-size pickup remains one of its most popular models.

Changes from the 2004 model year include a new 6-speed manual transmission as well as new optional sunroof.

The 5-speed transmission is replaced by a 6-speed manual for the V-6 and 4.7-liter V-8 engines.

The 2005 Dodge Ram also features a new Quad Cab for high-performance SRT-10 models, with a 4-speed automatic transmission.
